About Wellington
Wellington is the capital, the government, and a film and tech industry wedged onto a harbour with hills on three sides. The lot covers more than the city: the engineering and manufacturing of the Hutt Valley, Porirua, the Kāpiti Coast, and the wine country of the Wairarapa over the hill.
