Boulder Bank

Boulder Bank: 13 km of granodiorite boulders moved down the coast by the sea, sheltering Nelson Haven.

The Cut was blasted through it in 1906 to deepen the port entrance. Its cast-iron lighthouse of 1862 came out from England in pieces.
